first day.first step.

I was thinking about how i can´t really control myself and have the courage and strength to become skinny. I started wondering if i made this blog, maybe people could help me and I would have sort of a commitment to doing this. SOO HERE I GO... This is my day 1... i woke up at 8:30 a.m so i could take total fitness at the gym at 9:15 a.m. Im not sure how many calories i burned, but ill guess it was about 250 because it was mostly strength excersises. i than came home and at a whole wheat muffin that was 150 cal. I then managed to control my eating until lunch, and i had the strength to skip de rice, so i ate chicken and carrots... about 300 cal. Im really hungry but i will not eat until dinner... and dinner ill make it small. wish me luck!!
